Rhed’s passion for BBQ began while working as a cook at a smokehouse in Southern Louisiana, influencing his decision to pursue his career as a chef. Rhed cooked his way through some of America’s best restaurants, and as his culinary skills expanded, his love for his roots in BBQ only grew stronger.
